Our water source is a community well with water drawn from the Floridan Aquifer. Our water quality is excellent and monitored annually by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP).  We issue this report annually based on the Department of Environmental Protection Source Water Assessment of our system. The assessment results are always available on the bulletin board at the entrance to the subdivision as well as on the FDEP website at SWAPP (state.fl.us)
